Hi Tweeters,

During the last few springs and summers i have had various
abnormal sighting of birds over head. In 97 I was up early enjoying the sun
and writing in some life birds when i heard a loud peeping over head. I
luckly had my Binocs near by and raised them to my eyes. Over head were
about 1/2-1 Red cross bills who had decided to stop in for a vist in the
surounding tall doug firs. This seemed very weird to me, becuase the night
before, i had heard a Common NightHawk and before dusk had seen a
Black-Shouldered Kite. The strangest thing was that i live in the city of
Seattle. Oh yes and pretty recently i have heard a Saw-Whet Owl calling
early in the morning when i get up.
