Hi Tweets,

The CASSIN'S AUKLET Ptychoramphus aleuticus was still in the area of Canada
Place at the N end of Howe St. in downtown Vancouver BC on Saturday
afternoon May 08. I went to check out the cruise-ship berth between Canada
Place and the SeaBus Terminal where it usually hangs and instead there was a
big white cruise-ship about the size, shape and population of Long Island.
Wotta monster! Maybe it thought a big iceberg had come to town and moored up
there.

No worries for the little nipper: it just went east over to the calm water
between the eastern side of the SeaBus Terminal and the floating HeliJet pad
and came back in to the vacated berth on the east side of Canada Place when
the cruise-ship left in the early evening.
