With the report of three yellow-headed blackbirds at
the Kent Ponds, I've started wondering about the "usual"
frequency of sightings in past years. Just recently
there was one at the Montlake Fill, and 10 north of the
West 90, and 1 at Green Lake. Is this a typical year
here for yellow-headed blackbirds? Are there usually
fewer sightings?
