Subject: Band-Tailed Pigeons

Every spring into early summer and again in late summer (presumably after
nesting) I get a flock of about 70 coming to my feeders in the Westend of
the Columbia River Gorge. I feed them rolled corn on a platform feeder,
they can gobble several ponds of corn in a short time.
