Hi Tweets!
Thanks to all that responded. I am sorry I brought
back a dreaded thread, that I missed before.
I realize my maternal side wanted to help it...I do
have three children that spotted it first. Yet the image
in my mind of "cute" opossum chowing down on my B.Wrens
eggs or nestlings in the vine, brought out the executioner
side in me without a second thought...It's gone if I see
it again!! I've always been saddened by the corpses that
lay all over Military Road, yet I believe I can be sad
yet hopeful other native species will survive because
of their deaths.
Please no offense intended! I am sadly human.
