In two circulations, the BC rarities committee voted against inclusion to
the BC List (votes: 5-2, 5-2) due to the unresolved question of provenance.
The committee then placed the record into a 'Pending' category to await
further records of BC or mid-Cascadian coast occurrence from which it may be
possible in coming years to elucidate a vagrancy pattern if such emerges.
