i don't know if there is a list such as what you describe. i
have certainly never seen such a list, if it exists.

i try very hard to post a census of birds seen at the fill
twice per week, and one of those censuses (censi?) are taken
on friday evenings, in a not-very-subtle attempt to convince
people that there's lots of good birds to be seen at the fill
on saturday. i take the other census whenever i have the time
(about three hours) to do so during the week. even though i
have birded the fill for years, i had rarely mentioned any
sightings to tweeters until recently.

anyway, i am telling you (all) this because i noticed that
you live in the greenlake neighborhood, which is conveniently
located near greenlake. perhaps you'd like to adopt greenlake
as your census site, and post your bird census to tweeters
on a regular basis? i know that i'd love to read it.

you also asked about the three bunnies at the montlake fill.
the bunnies that you saw at the fill are indeed, abandoned
pets. some of them have been there for a few years (bob
vandenbosch can probably tell you better than i, cuz i don't
really pay much attention to them). there are five in total
that i have counted, three dark brown/black ones, one white
one with a black right eye, and one fairly large droopy-eared
caramel-and-cream colored rabbit. every time i see those
rabbits, i wonder aloud, "where's a bald eagle when ya need
one!"
