My wife, Penny, an experienced bird watcher with world wide experience,
observed what she states was an unmistakable scrub jay today at 9.00 am, at
the corner of 106th SW and 35th Av SW. She is absolutely certain of her
identification, as she observed the bird at close range(less than 20')for
several minutes. Penny has seen many scrub jays in Mexico and the
southwest.

It would be nice if someone in the area could confirm this observation.
