There weren't as many Franklin's Gulls along the rivers in our area
(Tri-Cities & vicinity) either. Phil Bartley saw one at the Yakima delta
on 8/27. Mike and MerryLynn Denny reported one at the Walla Walla Delta on
10/1. These are the only sightings reported locally.
