Wouldn't a yes on 696 keep a lot of gill nets out of the water? Those
curtains of death that get loose keep on catching fish for years and there's
a lot of them out there. What a waste.

Also, let us not be a market for Salmon. Can we get by without eating them
until they recover? How about this, instead of 'Salmon Bakes' let's have
'Save the Salmon Bakes' (Barbeque Chicken)!
