Many years ago in ancient Egyptian days, when I was stationed at Bowdoin
N.W. Refuge near Malta, Montana, I checked a hunter with a cormorant in
his bag. Rather than write him up, I let him take it home. When his wife
cooked it and he tasted it, he wouldn't shoot another one if his life
depended on it. I can still see his face when he took his first bite.
Yetch! Gawd Almighty! Aaargh!

So rather than provide a recipe book that would improve the taste of a
cormorant, I would suggest recipes that would make it taste more awful.
