Very well stated, I totally agree.
The word can be CORRECTLY used in EITHER sense, as
Websters defines it, the meaning depending on the
sense:
transitive senses : to locate again : establish or lay
out in a new place
intransitive senses : to move to a new location>
Seems to me that context then takes over to help
finish defining the user's intent, as well whether
"to" etc. was used or not. Aren't semantics fun???
