What is this "question of sin tax?"

Washington voters yesterday apparently decided to end the tax on vehicle
registration, but I haven't read about how they feel about a tax on sin.
What a money-maker that would be. Maybe next year, or possibly it might be
relocated to California, the source of most sins, and other evils as well.
