Tweeters,

The Kestrel was observed again today about a mile to a mile and a half north
of the Bow Post Office in Skagit Co. I arrived at about 11 a.m. this
morning and viewed the bird for about 15 minutes until it flew north towards
the side of the hill where it was not to be seen, maybe perched up in an
evergreen. Other observers already there said they had been watching it
since about 9 a.m. Later I returned to the previous spot where it had
returned and was being seen right beside the road on the lines. It was
still present at about 1 p.m. when I left. This bird offers great looks and
seems to not be too skittish. Good luck to all who go tomorrow. This is a
fantastic bird!
