Hi all

My wife & I are beginning birders (about 8-10 months now). We have 5 feeders
in our yard and usually have a lot of birds to watch. In one couple hour
span the other day we saw 2 stellar jays . 3 flickers ,
several finches and sparrows and of course a few starlings.
Will the flickers , jays , and finches stay in Puget Sound area all winter
or do they migrate? Thanks , btw , this birding is a wonderful and beautiful
hobby , only sorry we waiting till in our fifties to begin it!!
