This morning while looking out at the feeders in the yard and thinking
what a dull season the fall has been for our yard, there was a first year
Harris Sparrow. There were also 6 Golden-crowns which is two more than I have
seen here this year so they and it may just pass through. I have put out
extra feed just to try to encourage it to stay.
