Four of us drove up in the pouring rain this afternoon (Nov. 10th) around
4:00 pm to look for the Kestrel. With the directions given on Tweeters we
were able to quickly find the bird on a sign next to the road near the Karma
Gardens. The rain had let up and we had wonderful views first of the bird as
it sat on the sign, then it flew to the green house near the Karma Gardens
and sat on the roof for about 20 minutes. From there it flew to different
areas at the back of the house and dropped down into the backyard a few times
to eat worms. A beautiful bird and well worth the trip.
