Well in addition to what Scott mentioned about us finding the Eurasian
Kestrel on Sunset street, Which was being harrased by a Peregrine Falcon, we
also tried for the Clay-colored Sparrow at Montlake. We were there at around
8-8:30 but could not relocate the bird at shoveler pond. We then tried again
after returning from Samish at 3:00 in a modest amount of rain, but could not
relocate it again either. Hopefully it is still there, maybe the weather
just kept it in hiding. Well spending two hours driving home in Seattle
traffic to Lacey was well worth my 400th lifer, the Eurasian Kestrel!

Good Birding
