Four of us went up to try and find the EUKE again, two hadn't seen it. Alas,
the weather was not good, foggy, light rain, very poor visibility. There were
a number of people looking for it, but no one had seen it by about noon when
we left. We birded Samish Road, West 90, Bayview Road, March Point, Skagit
Flats including Rawlins Road and Jensen Access and had 44 species. Best ones
were:

6 Common Loon
4 Trumpeter Swan
7 Bald Eagle
9 Northern Harrier
30 Red-tailed Hawk
1 Rough-legged Hawk
1 Merlin
1 Gyrfalcon (immature)
1000+ Dunlin
3 Short-eared Owl
1 Pileated Woodpecker

So, it wasn't too bad a day despite the weather.
