Hello Tweeters,

I will be visiting my parents, who live in Redmond, over the holiday. I
have birded a little bit in the Seattle area a few years ago, but I'm a
little more serious about the whole thing now. If anyone can give me
information on where to see some of the following species I would greatly
appreciate it.

Eurasian Wigeon, Gyrfalcon, Band-tailed Pigeon, Anna's Hummingbird,
Northern Shrike, Hutton's Vireo, Bohemian Waxwing, Townsend's Warbler,
Golden-crowned Sparrow, Snow Bunting.

I probably won't have a whole lot of time, but I would like to spend two
or three days birding. Also, we plan on taking a ferry to pick up a few
Alcids, Loons, winter Ducks, etc. I thought the San Juan Island Ferry
might be the best, does anyone have a different opinion.

Also are there any CBC compilers in the Seattle area who wouldn't mind a
couple of out of towners joining their count. We will be in town from
Dec. 23 - Jan. 4

Thanks in advance.
