Some of the northern birds are moving into our area. As predicted,
Common Redpoll has shown up, with at least 15 in Othello at the
Columbia NWR office, and probably another half dozen on the Wahluke
Slope this morning. This afternoon we also saw an adult Northern
Goshawk and a single Gray-crowned Rosy Finch in the Eagle Lakes area
of northern Franklin County. Stay tuned.
