There be SWANS in Kent!

I headed out to view the birds swimming on the "Lake Smith Brothers Dairy"
on West Valley Road near 277th to look at the flock of RING BILL GULLS,
NORTHERN PINTAILS, lots of BUFFLEHEADS, WIGEONS - and yes I spied a bonifide
EURASIAN WIGEON in with the Yankees.

Off in the distance on the far west side of the "lake" was a pair of SWANS!
Even with my binoculars on full power I couldn't tell which kind of swans
they were. One looked like an immature swan with lots of gray on its neck
and body. The other was regal white.

On the other side of West Valley was a flock of CANADA GEESE with a couple
of feral white domestics standing guard. The geese looked like "usual
suspects" with nice bright colored breasts.
