Tweets,

Visited Sauvie Is., OR today with a group of ten birders. Beautiful
weather, many thousands of Dusky, Lesser, Cackling Canada Geese. The white
shape spotted by Phyllis Stark among many Duskies turned out to be a Ross's
Goose. Location: seen from the Sauvie Is. Wildlife Area viewing platform
along Reeder Rd., which is about halfway up the east side of Sturgeon Lake
(on the east side of Sauvie Is.). Sandhill Cranes in the corn fields, the
largest group seen was about 50 in number, from Coon Pt. A tan-striped
White-throated Sparrow along Rentenaar Rd.
