This afternoon around 2 pm I observed a PEREGRINE FALCON near the grain
towers in east Kennewick. It was on the top of the secong tressel on the
railroad bridge looking across the river. It wasn't there for long, and I
didn't follow where it flew, but I remember a couple of years ago this
species frequented the same area for a number of weeks, so I suspect it may
hang around.

There was nothing of note on the water.
