Hi, all:

I can't find the web site for Audubon's plan for a separate agency to direct
the National Refuges. Can anyone enlighten me? Would really appreciate it
soon as I am trying to run side-by-side columns showing both points of view
in the Spokane Audubon newsletter. Sorry for the last minute request, I'm
afraid it didn't occur to me that I wouldn't be able to just jump in the
internet and find it immediately!
