Maybe the larger birds don't have undulating flight from a physics standpoint. Speed vs. lift . . . . yadda yadda.

Based on my limited observations......what about the Goshawk... which does
not undulate. At least the one that knocked the hat off a friends head
didn't. Also the Owls I have observed did not undulate.
