I just got a call from Jim Oakland who was calling for Hank Vail. Hank
just found a basic-plumaged male Chestnut-collared Longspur at the Hoquiam
Sewage Treatment Plant today. According to Jim, Hank had it on the
"Bayside" of the plant.
