Hi Tweets,

What a BEAUTIFUL DAY! Wow!

I headed out again, this time to the Kent Ponds. I got some good sightings.

BARROWS GOLDEN EYE males and females (another first sighting for me!)

CANVAS BACKS

About six DOUBLE CRESTED CORMORANTS, sunning and swimming

PIED BILLED GREBE
Perhaps a Western Grebe - Grebe like posture, but very back lit!

GREAT BLUE HERON sunning itself on a snag

COMMON MERGANSERS
HOODED MERGANSERS
NORTHERN PINTAILS
SCAUPS, presumably Lessers
RUDDY DUCKS
Lots of COOTS

And I got home, a flock of Cacklers flew overhead in the direction of the
Kent Ponds!
