A quick story........I drive the night shift for metro transit and I was
laying-over at Shoreline Community College around midnight. One evening I
was checking out the trees in the parking lot not expecting to see anything
special but indeed had a Barred Owl perched at eye level right in the parking
lot. I walked right up to the bird and got a great close study of these cool
owls. It was then time for the route 5 to depart and I was out of there.
