Hello Tweets,

Today my mother and I attempted for the BLUE-GRAY GNATCATCHER at Marymoor
Park in King County along with several other birders present during the
morning to early afternoon. My mother and I were present from 9am-2pm, but
after 5 1/2 hours of fairly extensive searching along the interpretive
trail and boardwalk, was fortunate to get a 2 minute view of the bird,
after at least 3 other birders briefly observed the bird in a loose flock
of Yellow-rumped Warblers, Black-capped Chickadees, and Ruby-crowned
Kinglets throughout the deciduous growth present along the trail. I
observed the bird foraging mainly with 7 Y.R.Warblers and 1 ORANGE-CROWNED
WARBLER, with R.C.Kinglets close by at 1:30pm at the start of the boardwalk
in Ash trees at mid-level height, as the bird very actively fed and
attempted to flycatch with the warblers. at least two other birders
observed the bird very briefly along the south boardwalk in the willows, in
the same probable roaming flock. I along with Scott Downes, both in
seperate occurances, saw the bird in the same vicinity, as in previous
days, so the the bird should probably be looked for in this area, in
association with the larger tress consisting of Ash, Cottonwood, Alder,
Dogwood, and other decidious trees, near and before he boardwalk. Looking
extensively through the flocks in also important,as they come and go.
