I birded the base of Damon Pt with two other birders from dawn until the
storm rolled in at 9am. It was very windy, so hard to keep the scope
stable and dry. But the Dotterel was not seen. Don't know how long the
other fellows kept at it, but it was getting worse. The bird could still be
around thougth.
