Lauralee:

I've seen them in the Columbia Gorge on the Oregon side on the scenic loop
(hwy 30) parallel to the freeway (I-84) that goes past all the waterfalls.
They might have been at Horestail Falls.
Closer to home, they reportedly are also found below Snoqualmie Falls.
