I saw a very tame gray-crowned rosy finch Sept. 1 at Pebble Creek above
Paradise at Mt. Rainier.
On Sept. 9 a Golden Eagle was above the ridge halfway between Hurricane
Ridge and Obstruction point at Olympic Nat. Park. Blue grouse with chicks
(several sets) on Hurricance Hill.
