Howard,
You might do well contacting the folks at the Raptor Resource Project
(http://www.salamander.com/~rrp/) in Iowa. They've been doing this
successfully for several years. A good contact there is Amy Ries
(amy at wordwell.com). Two years ago I put together a slide show based on
favorite nest shots we saved in my third grade classroom:

archives on the Raptor Resource site were really top notch. There is talk
of streaming video this spring, I think.
Good luck - Mark

Subject: Spokane's Peregrines & Cam Request

> Hi
> Justed wanted to let everyone know that the Spokane Peregrine pair
successfully fledged two young this year - one female and one male. This is
the third known successful year, with three young being fledged the previous
two years.
>
> Because of their success and consistency someone here in Spokane is
interested in funding a video camera for the Spokane pair. Does anyone out
there know the cost of the entire Seattle peregrine camera project - camera,
mount, cables, connectors, etc.. Or the name & number who might know.
