I walked the LHG in Bellevue this morning after being gone for 10 days to
Colorado. Very good morning.
2 Western Tanagers - 1 heard near boardwalk - 1 seen at SE 4th entrance.
2 Cooper's Hawks - 1st time I have seen two at one time in LHG- 1 in dead
tree at
east end of Larsen L. 1 immature in fir tree
about 100 yards
south of other COHA.
2 Belted Kingfishers - male & female perched on dock railing at SE Phantom L.
-
1st time I have seen two at one time in LHG
2 Red-breasted Sapsuckers - near Phantom L. parking area.

The Starling Control Cage at the blueberry farm has been removed.

Also, an Anna's Hummingbird showed up at our home. First we have seen since
spring and the Rufous arrived. Hope it stays around all winter like a pair
have the past few years.
