Hi Tweeties,

While driving south on the 167 between 277th and NW 15th in Auburn I saw the
weirdest looking bird!
It had VERY LONG LEGS and LONG BILL. It had a very heavy body with
moderately fluffy white and black plumage.
The black appeared to be on its wings. It was casually grazing in a field
near the freeway. I couldn't stop suddenly in a safe manner! Arghh! The
field was between the West Valley Road and the 167. I *think* it had
pinkish orange legs and bill. But it was the white with black wing area
feathers that really caught my eye.

I recall hearing about some sightings of a stork or ibis this past spring.
Could this be the same bird?

Somebody help me out on this one PLEASE!
