Okay Tweeties!

Here's another one I spied a short distance before I spied "Big Bird". It
was a raptor of some sort standing sentry duty high atop a light fixture
over the 167 freeway. I think it was a Peregrine Falcon or some sort of
falcon. It appeared to be quite light colored. Its breast was mostly white
with a mottled brown patch. It wasn't very large, more medium sized. Or
could it have been a light phase Red Tailed Hawk?
