Hello Tweeters,
I had the worst weather you can imagin on White Pass, where i spend the
night from 24th to partly the 25th.Leaving the dark clouds behind.I intend
to find some more Dragonf;lies on Forest road 46 going up to Bluff Lake.I
Tented way up on a crest where the wind was howling all night, even if Owls
would call you could not hear them. The only birds i had where Ravens which
circled high around the hills.Today i hiked in to the Goat Rock Wilderness
where Bluff Lake is located. The hike is all the up and took me forever, i
guess i realy scared the Black Bear away talking to myself ,only saw him
from the back going uphill and out of sight.Comming to the Lake which sits
on steep hills all the way around, there was not even a Duck on this Lake
and the water creating big swells NO DRAGONFLIES and no Birds the only
think you can hear the wind howling. And read Ryan Shaws report it was ice
cold and on to there was new snow. This was one of the worst trip i ever
had, completly the opposite from last week.It supposed to have full moon,
but there was no Moon at all.O ya i had one Robin on the trail. Today
seeing lot's of hunters looking for pedatore like Bears or cougar to
shoot. There told me never stay high in the mountain when it is sturming
,because of rock slides. I think i have enough now , from hearing when
somthing happen in the mountain ,because one live on the edge, so i will
play it save for a while.
