Alas...after a 5 or 6 year run, I terminated the Bird
Talk radio pgm on KAOS on Sept 8 of this year. It was
becoming too much for me to handle anymore and the many
appeals I made for assistance went pretty much unheeded.
It was a good idea and it's still a good idea. My
original intent was to have the local birders "own"
that Weds 8-9 slot in perpetuity, which would have
happened had some of them had become programmers
I had a good time doing it..first with Michael Carmody
and then the last three years or so with Jim.

I might even be interested in helping is some folks
think it's a good idea and want to try and get it back on
the air...
