What a surprise I had when I inadvertently touched a birdhouse I had hung on
the corner of our large Ballard front porch, and about a dozen bees came
tumbling out! It is a 10" tall, about 4" w & 4" d, house with 1" holes.

The bees look like fat fuzzy honeybees, not as big as bumblebees.

Does anyone have a clue what kind of bees these guys are? Whether they are
beneficial or not? And whether I should just let them be or evict them?
