March 28, 6:14 PM. Hello this is Craig Kemper, 206-789-9255 with a late
report for Friday through Sunday, March 17-19, birding Okanogan and Douglas
County. On Friday March 17th birding Okanogan County, Cathy Kemper and I
observed one CANYON WREN just beyond the Chelan-Okanogan County line
heading north on State Route 97. In the town of Twisp, one SAY'S PHOEBE, 2
MOURNING DOVE and a flock of 45 EVENING GROSBEAK. Beyond the town of
Winthrop, on E. Chewack Rd. we found one TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRE, 2 CASSIN'S
FINCH and later that afternoon, northeast of Brewster, on the
Wakefield-Cameron Lake Rd. we found 4 WESTERN BLUEBIRD, 2 MOUNTAIN
BLUEBIRD, 12 HORNED LARK, 55 SANDHILL CRANE and an adult NORTHERN
GOSHAWK. Saturday, March 18th, birding northeast of Tonasket on the
Tonasket-Havillah Rd. again found MOUNTAIN and WESTERN BLUEBIRD, SAY'S
PHOEBE, RED CROSSBILL, PYGMY NUTHATCH and 2 COMMON REDPOLL in a flock of
AMERICAN GOLDFINCH. North of the town of Havillah, we found a flock of 35
SNOW BUNTING with 12 HORNED LARK and 3 MEADOWLARK. An additional 15 SNOW
BUNTING were found on Nealey Rd. and one immature GOLDEN EAGLE on Field
Rd.. Sunday, March 19th, Douglas County, we found one AMERICAN TREE
SPARROW in Central Ferry Canyon. On "J" N.E., we flushed 2 SAGE GROUSE and
at Atkins Lake found 2 LAPLAND LONGSPUR and at Jameson Lake Rd. found 4
SAGE SPARROW. Thank you.

March 28, 6:19 PM. Hello this is Craig Kemper, 206-789-9255 with a report
for Sunday, March 25th birding Grays Harbor. At the Hoquiam Sewage Lagoon,
Cathy Kemper and I observed the male TUFTED DUCK between 8:30 and 9:00 AM
and later that morning at Ocean Shores at the Point Brown Jetty located 4
ROCK SANDPIPER amongst 20 plus BLACK TURNSTONE and 50 plus SURFBIRD. Thank

March 31, 4:24 PM. Hello, this is Michael Grossman, 425-814-0551. While
golfing at the Willows Run Golf Course in Redmond yesterday, I saw a
EURASIAN WIGEON among a flock of AMERICAN WIGEON in a pond on about the
14th hole of the Eagle's Talon Golf Course. Good day and good
