Here's a quick, yet funny story about my 4-year old daughter. She woke me up
really excited to tell me that there was a woodpecker at our birdfeeders
outside our sliding glass door. Then she paused for a moment and
said......"Hmmm, maybe it was a hummingbird." You've got to give her
credit....after all she did have black-capped chickadees AND red-winged
blackbirds land on her hand up at Reifel! Just thought I'd pass that cute
