Its been almost five years, but I recall that the Peterson guide is fairly
accurate in what the Streak-backed looks like. Fairly orange head, with more
yellow creeping in as you go gradually go down the body. There happened to be
a pair nesting (or at least attempting to) in Dudleyville,AZ along the river
there in July '95. This view was not all that close though, the birds were in
the top of a tall decidious tree (cottonwood I believe).
