Tweets, First I would like to thank the Wilisons for their wonderful
hospitality, in allowing me to sit two days in a row on their deck, waiting
for the Harris Sparrow. Thurs, he showed after I left; but Firday I got there
in the nick of time, to see a beautiful bird in winter plumage
checking things out on the ground around the photinia hedge, at 12:30 pm.

My Townsends Warbler has finally left, but my beeding female hummingbirds(2)
are on full swing, and my male is doing his ballet for the
ladies as usual.....lots of babies again this year, to be sure.

This morning, much to my surprize I heard a Swainsons Thrush, singing in the
woods across the street from my house; this seems so early for the guy, as we
have never heard him before May. So, keep your ears open!!!!
