April 8, 5:00 PM - Hi, this is Neal Komedal at (206) 723-4444. This morning
at Discovery Park I saw a TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRE near the Daybreak Star Indian
Center at 9:00 in the morning, and then at 10:00 in the morning, I saw three
more TOWNSENDS'S SOLITAIRES at the old chapel. Thanks.

April 9, 6:56 AM - Hello, this is Dave Beaudette at (206) 365-2083. This
report is for Snohomish County. On April 8 at a cliff along the Mountain
Loop Highway at mile mark .8 just south of Darrington were two TOWNSEND'S
SOLITAIRES and west of Darrington along State Route 530 at Tom Creek was a
single DIPPER. Tom Creek is not labeled on the highway but is about .9
9/10ths) miles east of the sign for 310th Street NE. At mile mark 38.9 on
State Route 530 at a bend in the North Fork of the Stillaguamish River was
one TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRE at the rocky bank of the river there. Also here was
one SPOTTED SANDPIPER in full winter plumage. Good birding!

April 9, 12:20 PM - Hi, this is Steven Mlodinow. This morning, Dennis Duffy
and I went up the Skagit Game Range and back into Snohomish County. At the
Game Range there was a LONG-BILLED CURLEW, probably about 100 GREATER
YELLOWLEGS, one LESSER YELLOWLEGS, and a singing WHITE-THROATED SPARROW.
Near Marysville from Marine View Drive take Meridian which goes to Priest
Point. Where Meridian intersects with Snug Harbor, which is a little private
road, we had the SCRUB JAY that has been in that vicinity for some time now
and also had two TOWNSEND'S SOLITAIRES. Yesterday I had three TOWNSEND'S
SOLITAIRES in my yard in Everett. Down at the mouth of the Puyallup River
where the adult ICELAND GULL had been earlier this winter there was an
immature GLAUCOUS GULL. That's it. Good luck, and good birding!
