Hello Tweeters,
To all the many request about Black-Lake Meadows and it;s wherea i will
write the direction to all birders.
>From Interstate 5,take Exit 104(Highway101) and go west.Take the Back Lake
Boulevard exit.Turn left at the stoplight onto Black Lake Boulevard.Go
approximately 3 miles and take a left onto 21th Avenue,SW.
Stay on 21th Avenue,SW,at it curves to the right and it becomes R.W.Johnson
Boulevard,SW.Go approximately 100 yards until you pass over the creek and
railroad tracks.Parking is limited.Do not park on the tracks or in front of
gate. Walk the gravel road into the facility.
I have best result seeing as many species in the morning. There have many
benches to sit down on the pond to listen and watching the birds.I usual
park cross the street and never had any problem with parking.
