Hi Tweets,
I'd always regarded the Italian custom of serving up passerine stew to
be a barbaric anomaly in an otherwise civilized country. But I read
about a new American passerine here last week, which suggests culinary
possibilities: namely, the Steak-backed Oriole. Do they hang out near
backyard barbeque pits?
