Hi Tweets

I have been off line for about six months..am glad to be back!

Last month, - couple weeks ago, my neigbor was putting up bird scare
away flashing wire/stuff around his fish pond.........
...said he had a sandhill crane catching his big gold fishes..........and
I wasn't home and didn't see it!!! How close can one come f a life bird
and still miss it!?!

I am a little late with the following post:

about 5 weeks ago, a friend and I went to the Sequim area, hoping to see
some geese and swans. Instead, we counted a total of 40 eagles... when
we were at 18, I told Denise, I would like to see 2 more. She laghed
and asked why? Weren't 18 enough? We went on o see 22 more.
Two weeks later, we were there again. Thi time we saw 67. Lots of
immature. The biggest number seen was 2 hours before sundown up to
sunset. They seem to be congregating near the olympic game farm, along
the river near by and on over to the strait, dungeness spit area.

We haven't gotten back over there. Hopefully will this evening or again
on Sat.

Kind of blows my mind to see so many with out going tio the Skagit area.
Several were golden eagles, the rest bald.
