I just could not resist this one. All the subject heading "patio
.........birds" I just had to laugh, especially with lincoln Sparrow in the
tweeters news. I have had a Lincoln's sparrow at my house during the
winter-spring period for the last three years. As a matter of fact it just
showed up again this week. We have a wooden deck in the back yard and some
feeders adjacent. This Lincoln's uses the deck as cover!. He rushes under
the deck when alarmed and will use it to move between two segments of my
backyard. I have also observed him resting under the deck as he SHOULD in
vegetative cover. Now that is the true PATIO BIRD! Keep the binos steady.
