Listen up, all you birders, gardeners and eco-activists. MSNBC and
Environmental News Network are teaming up at the National Audubon Society
convention this weekend, delivering audio reports and answers to your
questions. ENN?s correspondent will take select questions to the experts, and
MSNBC will post responses on our Environment BBS.

THE CONFERENCE aims to solidify plans to create community nature centers
across America by 2020.
The themes will focus on the marine environment, the urban landscape,
riparian habitat, the seashore, forests, coastal wetlands, and the
agricultural landscape.
Specific items on the agenda include recovery efforts for peregrine falcons,
California condors, plovers, and sea otters. Other topics include sustainable
forestry, population pressures, sand dune habitat, and green architecture.
